Xiaomi has released many smartphones this year, five of them are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845-powered which are Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S, the Xiaomi Mi 8, the Xiaomi Mi 8 Explorer Edition, the Xiaomi Poco F1, and the Xiaomi Mi 8 Pro. As announced earlier, the company is planning to launch Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite and the Xiaomi Mi 8 Pro but before that Xiaomi Mi 8 Pro is scheduled to be launched internationally. As of now, the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite is codenamed platina and it remains a China-only device.
As far as specifications are concerned, the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite will feature a 6.26-inch Full HD+ (2246×1080) IPS LCD, powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC paired with 4GB/6GB of RAM with 64GB/128GB storage. For photography, the smartphone will sport a dual camera setup at the back consisting 12MP+5MP while 24 MP camera on the front. The Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite will be backed by a 3250 mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 support.
